Solution
· Place the headphones in the charging example to initiate charging.

Headphones don't connect with mobile
device

Solution

Not able to connect with any phone: Headphones will not connect to your device while charging. If your headphones are not charging and still not connecting to your device, here are a few things to attempt:
On your headphones:
Power the headphones off by placing them in the charging example and endmost the lid. Then, power them on over again past removing them from the case.
